About Minkee
I'm the owner and head coach at One More Rep London, based in London, Ontario. With an Honours B.A. in Kinesiology from Western University and a decade of coaching experience, I specialize in helping people make meaningful progress.
My work spans the full spectrum of training, from complete beginners building confidence, to athletes optimizing performance, to individuals managing complex conditions such as Parkinson's, MS, Alzheimer's and post-amputation rehabilitation. Every program is built around understanding how your body moves, what's limiting you, and how to progress safely and effectively for long-term results.

I've worked with enough populations to know this: the principles don't change. A 70-year-old managing arthritis and a 25-year-old preparing for military selection both require progressive overload, appropriate frequency, and adequate recovery. The application differs. The physiology doesn't.

My Mission
My approach goes beyond motivational coaching language. Training creates real, measurable adaptation.
Every exercise has a biomechanical purpose. Every progression follows documented principles of adaptation. The goal is change.
I pursue advanced education across fascial therapy, older adult training, prenatal and postpartum exercise, Olympic lifting, nutrition, and spinal stability because different populations require different applications of the same fundamental science.

What makes One More Rep London different from other personal trainers in London, Ontario?
One More Rep London isn’t session-based training. It’s coaching. We look at how your body actually moves, what’s limiting you right now and how much you can realistically handle. From there, your program is adjusted as you progress, instead of following a fixed template. That’s why people who kept restarting elsewhere finally make consistent progress here.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. The consultation includes a movement assessment and an honest conversation about your goals. We’ll determine whether our coaching is the right fit for you and just as importantly, whether you’re the right fit for our approach. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll tell you. Please note that One More Rep is a premium coaching service built for people ready to invest in long term results. If you’re looking for low-cost or drop in training, this likely won’t be the right fit.
What training options do you offer?
In-person training at our downtown London facility, hybrid programs combining supervised and independent training, and online coaching with customised programming. All include individualised design and regular adjustments based on your response.
Can you help with fitness test preparation?
Yes. We offer programs specifically designed for military (FORCE evaluation), police (PREP test), and firefighting (CPAT test). All clients who have completed this program have achieved a 100% pass rate.
What is fascial stretch therapy?
Assisted stretching using traction to mobilise joint capsules and tissue layers you can't reach on your own. Addresses mobility restrictions that self-stretching doesn't improve.
Do you work with older adults or people with health conditions?
As well as my university degree in Honors B.A. Kinesiology, I have certifications in older adult training and extensive experience with neurological conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and age-related changes. Programming adapts to your constraints while maintaining effective progression.
What are your rates?
Training and FST are offered as structured packages rather than per session rates. This allows us to include assessment, individualized programming, ongoing adjustment and guidance beyond the session itself. Pricing depends on the type of coaching and frequency and is discussed during a call once we understand your goals and needs. This is comprehensive coaching, not discounted or drop in training.
What is your booking policy for consultations?
To secure your consultation, we require a $100 fully refundable deposit. This helps ensure we’re working with individuals who are serious about moving forward. The deposit is refunded after the consultation. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.

All sessions take place at our training facility in downtown London, Ontario, at 275 Colborne St, London, ON N6B 2S7. The central location serves clients throughout London and surrounding communities, including Byron, Old North, Wortley Village, Westminster, Westmount, Hyde Park, and Middlesex County.
